Pickup process
Every rental follows the same order. An agent confirms the car and the date before you pay anything at the counter.
Name a city and a handover address: our office at 15 Yaroslaviv Val St in Kyiv, or a meeting point in Lviv, Odesa or Dnipro. Availability for a specific date is confirmed by an agent after the request.
We check your driving licence, passport and payment card at handover. A refundable deposit is held from UAH 8,000 depending on the vehicle class.
An agent hands over the keys, walks you through the controls and records the mileage. Basic third-party insurance is included; full coverage is available on request at additional cost.
Return the car to the agreed point at the agreed time. The deposit is released back to your card once the vehicle check is complete.

Before you book
Three things decide whether a car can be handed over: age, licence history and the refundable deposit. They are checked at the desk, not online.
Drivers aged 23 to 24 are offered Compact and Sedan classes only.
A category B licence held for two years or more, with no more than two at-fault incidents in the last three.
The amount depends on class, is held at handover and released after the return inspection.
National ID or passport, driving licence, and a bank card in the driver's own name for the deposit hold.
