Rental Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the rental of vehicles from zenithquantumbrel.com (Private Entrepreneur, EDRPOU 07587040, Business Center 'Astarta', 15 Yaroslaviv Val St, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine).
1. Age and Driver's License
Minimum age: 21 years. Driver must hold a valid license for at least 2 years. International Driving Permit may be required for non-Ukrainian licenses.
2. Deposit
A refundable deposit of UAH 10,000 is required. Deposit is returned within 5 business days after vehicle return, minus any charges.
3. Mileage Limits
Daily limit: 200 km. Excess mileage: UAH 8 per km.
4. Insurance
Basic third-party liability included. Full coverage (CASCO) optional at UAH 500/day. Damage excess: UAH 20,000.
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicle provided with a full tank; return with a full tank. Missing fuel charged at market price plus UAH 200 service fee.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of rental fee. No-shows: full charge.
7. Complaints and Consumer Protection
Complaints to contact@zenithquantumbrel.com or +380 501 355 9218. Consumers may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights', you have the right to file complaints.
8. Personal Data and Cookies
Processing of personal data via cookies requires prior informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. We use cookies for site functionality and analytics. Consent is obtained via banner.
9. Electronic Commerce
In accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce', we provide clear pricing, terms of service, and this privacy policy. All advertising is identifiable and not misleading per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР dated 03.07.1996 'On Advertising'.
